I have been working with Gold Medal winning designer Andy Kirman to install a cymatic element into his Show Garden design for the Southport Flower Show 2007.

Cymatics is the study of wave phenomena. It is typically associated with the physical patterns produced through the interaction of sound waves in a medium, in this case water.

I've had to spend a couple of days solid recently migrating the bodhran site bodojo from HTML into Joomla. This arose because our PhPbb forum became overrun with porn spammers. I had been trying to find a way to transfer the users and posts, however with the influx of spam rather than fight a growing tide it was best to abandon and re-create afresh.

 Having re-created the forums it was a natural continuation to update the site itself. I wish there was a way to migrate from html into joomla, I have drumdojo to do yet and that's pretty daunting although it does present the opportunity for a long overdue weed-out.

 As well as the forums, there is a whole new set of features including the ability for registered users to upload their own content and a free bodhran business directory for those in the trade, teachers or for hire.
